The MCR100-8 with SOT-23 TRIACs ROHS manufactured by HXY MOS is a general purpose bidirectional small signal TRIAC with 8 Amps capability in an SOT-23 RoHS compliant package. It has a zero crossing gate function and is suitable for AC line switching applications requiring a fast turn-on and minimal leakage current. It provides a repetitive peak off-state voltage of 600V and an on-state voltage of 1.2V. It is suitable for a variety of applications including power supplies, light dimmers, motor speed controls and industrial controllers.
