Additional Infomation About Product

The 1117-1.2 is a 3-Pin SOT-223 Linear Voltage Regulator (LDO) from IDCHIP. It features ultra-low dropout voltage, fast transient response and low operating current. This device is also RoHS compliant. It offers an input voltage of 2.5V to 6V, output current of 1.2A and fixed output voltage from 1.2V to 27V with an external resistor. It has a high light load efficiency and all NPN outputs are available. The output voltage accuracy is 1% or better and the temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. This regulator can also be used with a heatsink to increase temperature stability.
