It’s a dual channel device, equipped with low on-resistance, fast and robust switching behavior, enhanced ESD immunity, and integrated fault protection features. The device offers superior power movers protection such as over-temperature, over-current, overload, broken-ground and short circuit. Additionally, it has built-in diagnostics and fault feedback outlook for easy status monitoring. The device is designed for use in a wide variety of automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. It features low stand-by and power-on-resistance and excellent load-transient behavior. It is available in a small 4 x 2.3 mm TSOP-6 package and rated for operating temperatures from -40 to +85°C.
