CYW20705 Single-Chip Bluetooth Transceiver and Baseband Processor The Cypress CYW20705 is a monolithic, single-chip, Bluetooth 4.1 compliant, stand-alone baseband processor with an integrated 2.4 GHz transceiver. Manufactured using the industry s most advanced 65 nm CMOS low-power process, the CYW20705 employs the highest level of integration, eliminating all critical external components, and thereby minimizing the devices footprint and costs associated with the implementation of Bluetooth solutions. The CYW20705 is the optimal solution for voice and data applications that require a Bluetooth SIG standard Host Controller Interface (HCI) via USB, UART H4 or H5, and PCM audio interface support. The CYW20705 radio transceivers enhanced radio performance meets the most stringent industrial temperature application requirements for compact integration into mobile handset and portable devices. The CYW20705 is fully compatible with all standard TCXO frequencies and provides full radio compatibility, enabling it to operate simultaneously with GPS and cellular radios. Cypress Part Numbering Scheme Cypress is converting the acquired IoT part numbers from Broadcom to the Cypress part numbering scheme. Due to this conversion, there is no change in form, fit, or function as a result of offering the device with Cypress part number marking.
