.The DD435N28K with Double series manufactured by Infineon is an intelligent power module (IPM) with a Urmax rating of 2.8kV, an Ifmax current rating of 435A, and a Ufmax forward voltage rating of 840mV for the BG-PB60-1. This IPM contains 6 power transistors in an integrated package that facilitates automation and minimizes losses due to the reduced number of connections. It has soft turn-on and turn-off characteristics for protection against input and output latch-up. This IPM is suitable for applications such as motor drives, uninterruptible power supplies, and inverters.
