The ICE2A280ZXKLA1 is a Smart Power integrated circuit (IC) designed by Infineon Technologies. This device is a single-chip IC that performs both active power factor correction and power supply control functions. The ICE2A280ZXKLA1 integrates a pulse width modulation (PWM) controller, an operational amplifier (OPAMP), a transconductance amplifier (GmAMP) and a Power Factor Correction (PFC) Interleaving controller. It features easy configurability through external variable resistor and pin settings, high power factor results, and it supports a variety of options such as overvoltage protection (OVP), Undervoltage Protection (UVP), current limitation, brownout protection, etc. The maximum output power it can support is 300W and it has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
