The CoolSET package has 2 separate DCM and CCM operation with slope compensation chips inside one is controller chip and the other is a Frequency jitter and soft gate driving for low EMI 700 V/ 800 V CoolMOS chip. The cascode Built-in digital soft start configuration helps achieve fast startup. The frequency reduction with soft gate driving and Integrated error amplifier to support direct frequency jitter operation offers lower EMI and better feedback in non-isolated flyback efficiency between light load and 50% load. The Comprehensive protection with V over voltage, CC selectable entry and exit standby power ABM enables V under voltage, overload/open loop, over CC flexibility and ultra-low power consumption at temperature standby mode with small and controllable output All protections are in auto restart mode voltage ripple. The product has a wide operating Limited charging current for V short to GND range (10.0 ~ 25.5 V) of IC power supply and lower CC power consumption.
