The CoolSET package has 2 separate Frequency jitter and soft gate driving for low EMI chips inside one is controller chip and the other is a Built-in digital soft start 700 V/ 800 V CoolMOS chip. The cascode configuration helps achieve fast startup. The Integrated error amplifier to support direct frequency reduction with soft gate driving and feedback in non-isolated flyback frequency jitter operation offers lower EMI and better Comprehensive protection with input line over efficiency between light load and 50% load.
