The IR3622 can be configured Configurable to 2-Independent Outputs or Current as 2-independent outputs or as current shared Shared Single Output single output. The current share configuration is Output Voltage Tracking ideal for high current applications. Power up / down Sequencing The IR3622 enables output tracking and Current Sharing Using Inductors DCR sequencing of multiple rails in either ratiometric or +/-1% Accurate Reference Voltage o simultaneous fashion. The IR3622 features 180 Programmable Switching Frequency up 600kHz out of phase operation which reduces the Programmable Over Current Protection required input/output capacitance and results in Hiccup Current Limit Using MOSFET R sensing ds(on) lower number of capacitors. The switching Latched Overvoltage Protection frequency is programmable from 200kHz to Dual Programmable Soft-Starts 600kHz per phase using one external resistor. In Programmable Enable Input addition, IR3622 also allows the switching Pre-Bias Start-up frequency to be synchronized to an external clock Dual Power Good Outputs signal.
