These advanced IPMs offers a combination of low R Trench FREDFET technology and the industry benchmark half-bridge high voltage, rugged driver in a DS(on) familiar package. The modules are optimized for low EMI characteristics. IRSM505-035 includes temperature feedback while IRSM515-035 does not.
