The XMC1301Q024F0016ABXUMA1 is an ARM Cortex-M0-based 32-bit microcontroller from Infineon's XMC1301 series. The device runs at a maximum of 16MHz and offers 512kB Flash, 64kB RAM and up to 48 GPIO pins with on-chip peripherals such as 10 timers, up to 3 UARTs, up to 3 SPI modules and up to 3 I2C buses. The integrated voltage regulator allows direct supply from 5-3V power sources. An array of analog features, such as 16 to 24 channels general-purpose ADCs, 12-bit DACs, 2 Analog Comparator, is complemented by digital features such as a tamper detect input, a Secure Digital Input Output Interface and 32-bit Random Access Memory. The device also integrates a Memory Protector (XMC_MP) and a system acceleration accelerator (XMC_SAAC) providing optimized context switch and memory caching. The device is available a 64-pin VQFPN package.
