is a low-power, Bluetooth 4.2 compliant module. It combines a PIC microcontroller, a Cortex-M4 and an antenna, all embedded into one module. This module supports Bluetooth version 4.2 and supports both BLE Central and Peripheral roles. It has 256K Flash memory and 16K RAM, and is compatible with the standard JEDEC tray packaging. The module is preloaded with Insight SiP proprietary firmware, but customers can also access the source code and modify the firmware as needed. Its built-in antenna provides a reliable connection up to ten meters, while its low-power design ensures a longer battery life. The module also integrates a variety of convenient digital and analog features, including 12-bit PWM resolution, four-channel ADC, 3-axis accelerometer, AES hardware encryption and software UART/GPIO.
