83905AGLFT Integrated Device Tech

The 83905AGLFT is a 16-pin TSSOP-16 package, ROHS-compliant Clock Buffer and Driver design from Integrated Device Technology. It has four differential outputs and a differential input, and provides limited signal path buffering for clock and general purpose signal transmission. The four output buffers can operate at up to 3.3V and are capable of driving up to 24 loads with a minimal output skew. The input to the buffer has falling and rising detect circuitry with a minimum pulse width of 15 ns. The 83905AGLFT also features power-up/power-down reset logic circuitry for synchronizing power-up/power-down reset operations.
