IS41LV16100D 1Mx16 MARCH 2020 16Mb DRAM WITH EDO PAGE MODE FEATURES DESCRIPTION The ISSI IS41LV16100D is a 1,048,576 x 16-bit high- TTL compatible inputs and outputs tristate I/O performance CMOS Dynamic Random Access Memories. Refresh Interval: These devices offer a cycle access called Extended Data Auto refresh Mode: 1,024 cycles /16 ms Out (EDO) Page Mode. EDO Page Mode allows 1,024 random accesses within a single row with access cycle RAS-Only, CAS-before-RAS (CBR), and Hidden time as short as 30 ns per 16-bit word. It is asynchronous, Self refresh Mode: 1,024 cycles /128 ms as it does not require a clock signal input to synchronize JEDEC standard pinout commands and I/O. These features make the IS41LV16100D ideally suited Single power supply: for high-bandwidth graphics, digital signal processing, 3.3V 10% high-performance computing systems, and peripheral Byte Write and Byte Read operation via two CAS applications that run without a clock to synchronize with o o the DRAM.
