The CPC1593GSTR is a single-pole, single-throw (1-Form-A) solid state relay (SSR) with PCB mount, manufactured by IXYS and designed to switch AC/DC signals. It has a maximum switching current of 10A and a maximum switching voltage of 600V. The relay has six pins, including the input control, the output control, and a common pin. The input control operates from 4V to 20V DC, and it features a DC-OFF isolating voltage of 350VAC. Its fast switching time allows the device to switch loads with minimal time delay. The construction of this device includes an input transistor, an output thyristor, and optically isolated input from output.
