Additional Infomation About Product

The IXYS DHG20I600PA is a high-voltage dual isolation thyristor switch/gate drive module. It is designed to drive two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs for medium-voltage applications up to 600V in a common-anode configuration. It provides very low Rds(on) switching, an integrated overvoltage protection, and fast delay and rise times. The module has EMC input protection, direct connection to regulated DC supplies, and soft start operation. It also features wide temperature range operation, a light load disable option, and adjustable overcurrent protection with timed-out reset.
