The DHG5I600PM is a 600V, 4.5A, half-bridge Discrete HiPerFET tailored for motor control applications. This device has been optimized to provide higher productivity and efficiency when compared to traditional IGBTs and discrete MOSFETS. The IXYS DHG5I600PM has low ON-resistance, high thermal performance, and low gate drive requirements. Due to its fast switching performance, this device is particularly useful for applications such as PFC and drives. In addition, it is qualified up to 300°C junction temperature, meeting the requirements of many industrial and commercial applications. The IXYS DHG5I600PM is RoHS compliant, halogen free and lead free, which makes it well suited for applications where safety and reliability are paramount.
