Additional Infomation About Product

The IXBOD2-12 is a general purpose, power, and switching breakover diode manufactured by IXYS. It is capable of silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) operation in a single package and has an operating temperature range of -40 to 125 degrees Celsius. The diode has a maximum reverse blocking voltage of 600V and a forward blocking voltage of 12V. It has a maximum reverse leakage current of 10uA and a forward current of 2A. It also has a maximum surge rating of 10A.
