The IXGH10N170A is an insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) module made by IXYS Corporation. It is a 600 V, 17 A, NPT Series IGBT module. It features a logical level gate drive with built-in gate turn off technology, negative temperature coefficient gate protection circuit, and Emitter Controlled Diode (ECD). This makes it an ideal choice for a variety of industrial power control applications, such as motor control, welding and medical imaging systems.
