Additional Infomation About Product

The MDD172-16N1 is a medium power insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module made by IXYS Corporation. It features a collector-emitter voltage of 1700V, a collector current of 172A, and an on-state resistance of 0.15 Ohm. The module contains two integrated IGBTs with an anti-parallel diode, two heat-sinks, two heatsinks, a dielectric isolation sleeve and a control cable. It has a current rating of 172A continuous and 340A peak while operating at a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. This IGBT module is suitable for a wide range of power switching applications such as motor drives, power converters, rectifiers, inverters, renewable energy, lighting and motor control systems.
