CorporationThe IXYS XAA117P 1-Form-A 60V 150 mA Solid State Relay is a PCB mount electro-mechanical device that provides electrical isolation and reliable switching performance at very high speeds. It has a wide operating temperature range, and is suitable for industrial, medical and consumer applications. The relay is composed of a DC to AC driving MOSFET switch, a ground referenced ESD protection network, and a fast signal optocoupler that provides exceptional noise immunity.
