Additional Infomation About Product

The KID65004AP/P is a RoHS-compliant Darlington Transistor Array Driver DIP-16 manufactured by KEC. It features eight Darlington pairs with independent common emitters. Each pair has a special Schottky diode for prohibiting damage of transistor due to improper inductive load driving. The outputs can also be paralleled for heavier load driving. It has an operating temperature range between -25°C and +75°C and an extremely low saturation voltage. The package is a DIP-16 fitted with 1.27mm pin-pitch.
