The iCE40 Ultra FPGA 3520 Logic Cells (ICE5LP4K-SG48ITR) manufactured by Lattice is a low-power FPGA that supports multiple advanced features to achieve design flexibility and performance. It is designed for a wide range of applications, including medical and industrial systems, consumer electronics, and other embedded systems. This FPGA features 3560 programmable logic cells, 72 I/O pins, 10Kbits of embedded non-volatile memory, and up to 48 high-speed SERDES (Serializer/De-Serializer) ports. It also has the capability to integrate numerous patented technologies, such as ultra-low power sleep mode, ESD protection, and wire-bond packaging. The iCE40 Ultra FPGA has an interconnectable architecture that enables fast and efficient design implementation. Additionally, the device is fabricated using the high-yielding, low-power 1um CMOS process, and is delivered with numerous advanced development tools, including Lattice Diamond Programmer, Lattice Diamond Synthesizer and Lattice Design Kit (LDK).
