Additional Infomation About Product

The 10N65 is a Luguang High-performance Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT). It is a power module with a voltage rating of 1100V and a current rating of 65A. It is suitable for motor control, UPS, solar, wind and various power conversion applications. It has excellent avalanche capability and high switching capability. The module has a built-in anti-saturation protection circuit, short circuit protection, temperature protection and current protection. It has a wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 150°C and a long-term lifetime up to 20,000 hours. The 10N65 is one of Luguang's popular products and is designed and manufactured in accordance with RoHS and CE standards.
