M21202G-14 is a Planar Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) from MACOM. It is a wideband distributed high power amplifier with output power levels ranging from +41.5 dBm to + 44.4 dBm. The amplifier utilizes distributed amplifier topology and utilizes pins for input, output, and DC bias. It operates over a frequency range of 10 MHz to 10 GHz with a GaAs E-PHEMT process. It features high linearity and increased efficiency combining excellent noise figure and small size. The amplifier also features wide dynamic range, exceptional gain flatness and low input and output return loss. It is ideal for multiple applications, such as Wi-Fi / WiMAX / LTE repeaters, Military EW and Radar, Test Equipment, Sat-com / Point-to-Point Radio, Point-to-Multipoint Radio, and Infrastructure / DAS Applications.
