The MXD8621 is an LGA-6(0.7x1.1), RoHS compliant RF switch manufactured by Maxscend. It is used for switching and routing of RF signals with frequencies ranging from DC to 6 GHz. The MXD8621 supports direct integration into a PCB and offers ultra-low insertion loss and high linearity, making it ideal for use in a variety of RF applications such as cellular baseband and power amplifier modules. The switch also features low insertion loss, low power consumption, good return loss and fast switching speed. Additionally, the MXD8621 is capable of operating down to -40 °C and offers robust ESD protection.
