The MXD8626 with LGA-6 (0.7x1.1) RF Switches ROHS from Maxscend is a Radio Frequency (RF) Switch. It is a two-channel, Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) switch manufactured on a leadless chip-carrier package. The two channels have an insertion loss of only 0.6 dB, return loss of 16 dB, isolation of 28 dB, and a frequency range of 27.5 MHz to 6 GHz. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C, and it is RoHS compliant. This RF Switch is intended primarily for use in WiFi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, and other wireless systems used in communications.
