It also features - 6 ms maximum write cycle time Page, Sector and Chip erase instructions typically - No page or sector erase required associated with Flash-based products. These Low-Power CMOS Technology: instructions are not required for byte or page write - Max. Write current: 7 mA at 5.5V operations. The memory is accessed via a simple - Max.
