The AT89C51CC01UAT-RLTUM is an 8-bit microcontroller designed and manufactured by Microchip. It is based on the enhanced 8-bit LEDG small-computer architecture, with 16KB Flash program memory and 256 bytes of RAM found on chip. It can run instructions at a speed of up to 20MHz. The chip includes timer/counter, interrupt, I/O, serial port, power management, and 32 I/O lines, 11 of which are available externally. It has built-in capability for power-down applications, low-power idle, and interrupt-controlled wake-up from power-down mode. Additional features include an 8-channel analog multiplexer, dual data pointers, an enhanced addressing mode, and a selectable internal or external clock source. The low power operation allows the AT89C51CC01UAT-RLTUM to reduce current consumption for extended battery life. It is suitable for applications in a variety of industrial controls and consumer products such as appliance and lighting controls, consumer appliances, remote controls, voice recognition, industrial robotics, and automotive applications.
