The Microchip ATSAMR34J18B-I/7JX is a radio frequency system on a chip (RF SoC MCU) with LoRA Tranceiver and USB connection, as well as 256KB flash memory. It is a low-power, sub-1GHz transceiver module based on a Cortex-M0+ processor that is capable of providing long-range, low-power wireless connectivity. It features a top-class aerospace-grade security module and secure bootloader, as well as a 256KB Flash memory and 32KB SRAM for data storage and application development.
