The ATTINY167-SU is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with multiplier, 8K bytes of Flash memory, 512 bytes of SRAM, and an extensive range of analog and digital peripherals. It contains clock/oscillator circuits, as well as advanced debugging features via the serial In-System Programmer (ISP) and a programming interface. The chip is fabricated using the CMOS process, and is based on the RISC AVR architecture.
