The AVR128DA28-E/SS with 8-bit Microcontrollers - MCU 128 KB, 28-pin, 125C, SSOP, Tube is a feature-rich microcontroller developed by Microchip Technology. It features 128 kilobytes of Flash Program Memory and is capable of detecting, processing and responding to external environment interactivity and decision making requirements. It is capable of running at up to 20MHz frequency with a low-power, 8-bit RISC architecture. Additionally, the AVR128DA28-E/SS includes 128KB Program memory, 2KB SRAM, and 64KB F-RAM.
