HV2631 16-Channel (2 Banks of 8-Channels), High Voltage Analog Switch Features General Description HVCMOS technology for high performance The Supertex HV2631 is a 220V, 16-channel, high voltage analog switch integrated circuit (IC). The output switches are congured 220V operating conditions as 2 sets of 8 single pole, single throw, analog switches. The 22 typical output on-resistance IC is intended to be used in applications requiring high voltage 3.3 and 5.0V CMOS logic compatibility switching controlled by low voltage control signals, such as Very low quiescent power dissipation (-10A) ultrasound imaging. -45dB min off isolation at 7.5MHz Low parasitic capacitance The 2 sets of 8 analog switches are controlled by 2 input logic Excellent noise immunity controls, D 1 and D 2.
