It offers 300 mA Guaranteed Output Current extremely low dropout voltage, very low output noise Stable with Ceramic Output Capacitors and can operate from a 2.3V to 5.5V input while delivering up to 300 mA. Low Quiescent Current: 85 A Total 30 s Turn-On Time The MAQ5300 offers 2% initial accuracy, low ground current (typically 85 A total), thermal shutdown, and High Output Accuracy current-limit protection. The MAQ5300 can also be put - 2% Initial Accuracy into a zero-off-mode current state, drawing no current - 3% over Temperature when disabled.
