MIC28511 60V , 3A Synchronous Buck Regulator IN Features General Description 4.6V to 60V Operating Input Voltage Supply The MIC28511 is a synchronous step-down switching regulator with internal power switches capable of Up to 3A Output Current providing up to 3A output current from a wide input Integrated High-Side and Low-Side N-Channel supply range from 4.6V to 60V. The output voltage is MOSFETs adjustable down to 0.8V with a guaranteed accuracy of (MIC28511-1) and Hyper HyperLight Load 1%. A constant switching frequency can be Speed Control (MIC28511-2) Architecture programmed from 200 kHz to 680 kHz. The Hyper Enable Input and Power Good (PGOOD) Output and HyperLight Load architectures of Speed Control Programmable Current-Limit and Foldback the MIC28511 allow for high V (low V ) operation IN OUT Hiccup Mode Short-Circuit Protection and ultra-fast transient response while reducing the required output capacitance and providing very good Built-In 5V Regulator for Single-Supply Operation light-load efficiency. Adjustable 200 kHz to 680 kHz Switching Frequency The MIC28511 offers a full suite of features to ensure Fixed 5 ms Soft-Start protection under fault conditions.
