SM802110 ClockWorks CPRI 153.6MHz Ultra-Low Jitter, LVPECL Frequency Synthesizer General Description Features The SM802110 is a member of the ClockWorks family of Generates an LVPECL clock outputs at 153.6MHz devices from Micrel and provides an extremely low-noise 2.5V or 3.3V operating range timing solution for CPRI clock signals. It is based upon a Typical phase jitter 153.6MHz unique patented RotaryWave architecture that provides (2MHz to 20MHz): 99fs (typical) at 3.3V very low phase noise. Industrial temperature range The device operates from a 3.3V or 2.5V power supply Green, RoHS, and PFOS compliant and synthesizes an LVPECL output clock at 153.6MHz.
