It offers a very compact Low R (ON) Internal Power Mosfets DS solution that can achieve a 3A continuous Proprietary Switching Loss Reduction output current over a wide input supply range Technique with excellent load and line regulation, and can Power-Good Indicator in QFN Package operate at high efficiency over a wide output- Soft Startup/Shutdown current load range. Programmable Switching Frequency Constant-On-Time (COT) control mode SCP, OCP, UVP Protection and Thermal provides fast transient response and eases loop Shutdown stabilization. Optional OCP Protection: Latch-Off Mode and Hiccup Mode. Full protection features include SCP, OCP, Output Adjustable From 0.815V To 13V OVP, UVP and, thermal shut down.
