External Components Variable Off-Time and Peak-Current Control The MP4034 has an integrated 700V MOSFET. 550A High-Voltage Current Source Its variable off-time control allows a flyback Up to 7W Output Power converter to operate in discontinuous Over-Voltage Protection conduction mode (DCM). The MP4034 also features complete protection functions such as Over-Temperature Protection VCC under-voltage lockout, over-voltage Open-Loop Protection protection, over-temperature protection, and Natural Spectrum Shaping for Improved open-loop protection.
