MPQ8039 High Current Power Half Bridge AEC-Q100 Qualified The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ8039 is a general purpose, high Guaranteed Industrial/Automotive Temp. frequency half bridge power driver capable of Range Limits driving a 9A load. The device integrates both 9A Peak Current Output top and bottom N-Channel MOSFET power 4.25A Continuous Current Output switches and is fully protected from both Up to 1.2MHz Switching Frequency sourcing and sinking current by a preset Protected Integrated Power 100m Switches cycle-by-cycle current limit. It has a wide input All Switches Current Limited voltage range from 7.5V to 25V. Integrated Under-Voltage Protection The MPQ8039 features a low-current shutdown Integrated Thermal Protection mode, input under-voltage protection, thermal 2.5 A Standby Mode shutdown. It interfaces with standard logic True 2-Quadrant Operation signals and is available in a small SOIC8E Sources and Sinks Current package.
