The 74HC241PW.112 is a Quad Bus Driver with 3-State Outputs from Nexperia. It is a high-speed CMOS logic device which features four non-inverting buffers/drivers with 3-state outputs. This integrated circuit is designed for use as an interface between a micro-processor and other systems with higher line rates, for example, very large scale integration (VLSI) circuits, high speed transistors, etc. It offers full bus-hold format that keeps inputs valid, and maximum output capability of 20 mA. The device also has a wide range of inputs from 3V to 6V, and low total power dissipation from 40mA up to 120mA. It has a wide VCC range of 2V to 6V with VIH of 80% of VCC and typ VIL of 50% of VCC, providing a maximum of +8V at the output pins. In addition, this logic IC features input clamp diodes which provide protection against high-speed switching transients and is designed to be used with 5V or 3V control signals.
