Additional Infomation About Product

The 74HC2G17GV.125 is a single 2-input NAND Schmitt trigger gate from Nexperia. It has two logic inputs an enable (E) input, and a Schmitt trigger input (A) . This device is designed for switching and amplification applications for both digital and analog signals. It has an operating voltage range of 2.0 - 5.5 V and a maximum operating temperature of 125 °C. The output of the gate is capable of sourcing up to 12 mA and sinking up to 24 mA. The propagation delay is 4.1ns (typical) at 3.3V and the Rise/Fall time is 3ns (typical) at 3.3V. The input Schmitt trigger hysteresis is 0.5V (typical) at 3.3V. The gate comes in a very small footprint TSSOP-14 package.
