HEF4007UB Dual complementary pair and inverter Rev. 4 31 August 2017 Product data sheet 1 General description The HEF4007UB is a dual complementary pair and an inverter with access to each device. It has three n-channel and three p-channel enhancement mode MOS transistors. It operates over a recommended V power supply range of 3 V to 15 V referenced to DD V (usually ground). Unused inputs must be connected to V , V , or another input.
