The LPC1226FBD64/301 is a low-power ARM Cortex-M0 microcontroller from NXP. It has 128kB of Flash memory, 4kB of SRAM, and 6 general I/O pins. Its operating voltage is 1.8V-3.6V, and its maximum clock speed is 50MHz. It features analog comparators, Programmable Delay Output, and I²C and SPI communication interfaces for control and communication with other peripherals. The LPC1226FBD64/301 features USB 2.0 compliant On-The-Go (OTG) controller, which can act as both host and device, and supports full-speed (and up to low-speed) operation. It is also equipped with a Brown-Out Detector (BOD) to protect the core processor when the input voltage drops below a certain threshold, making it suitable for applications with an unstable power supply.
