This is an ARM7® microcontroller integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by NXP. It uses the LPC2100 architecture and has a 16/32-bit RISC core running at a frequency of up to 60 MHz. This device has 64KB of onboard Flash memory, as well as 64KB of SRAM. It is packaged in a surface mount 64-LQFP (10x10) package. The device also includes an UART, an I2C peripheral, an ADC, an I2S, a PWMT, PWM, and PLL clocks for driving USB, Ethernet, or audio peripherals. The device also integrated an Ethernet MAC, UARTs, an 8-channel 10-bit ADC, and on-chip power management features. The device is ideal for use in applications requiring low-power, embedded control.
