The MIMXRT1011DAE5A is an application-specialized Arm Cortex-M7 microcontroller unit (MCU) manufactured by NXP. It is designed for high-performance, low-power solutions. The processor is based on the i.MX RT1010 crossover architecture, which integrates real-time capabilities and a rich feature set into a single package. The main features of this processor include an 800MHz dual-core Arm Cortex-M7 processor with 64KB instruction and 64KB data cache, an 8KB shared SRAM and a 512KB QSPI Flash, a POWY voltage regulator, 4Kbytes of OTP memory and a 24-channel Direct Memory Access (DMA) controller. The device also comes with an embedded CAN, several communication interfaces, a 12-bit ADC, high-end audio interfaces and up to 89 GPIOs. With the integrated circuit design, the processor offers superior performance even in the most challenging conditions.
