The OM-SE050RPI with Expansion board is a development board from NXP. It consists of an OM-SE050RPI board with an embedded Cortex M4 microcontroller and a standard Raspberry Pi 40 pin connector board. It also features an HD-in and HD-out port for audio, an Ethernet port, USB and UART for data communication, and an 8x analog input and 8x digital I/O interface. It also provides two 32-bit general purpose timers and a RTC for time-critical applications. Additionally, the board contains a range of analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters that enable the user to interface analog sensors and actuators with the microcontroller. Finally, the board is bundled with the NXP’s secure element firmware that supports various secure elements such as SE050B2, SE05S2, SE050X2 and SE06S for secure boot, secure storage, secure authentication, secure communication, and secure real-time-clocking. This makes the OM-SE050RPI with Expansion board an ideal platform for IoT and other embedded applications.
