The P80C32UFAA,512 is a 32-bit programmable microcontroller from NXP Semiconductors. It is based on the 8051 architecture and includes a nonvolatile memory of 512 kilobytes ROM and 4 kilobytes RAM. It operates at a maximum frequency of 33.3333 MHz and has a single 8-bit bidirectional data port, 16 general-purpose registers, three 16-bit Timers/Counters, and eight interrupt sources with four priority levels.
