The S9S12G128AMLF is an embedded 16-bit microcontroller (MCU) manufactured by NXP. It is based on their S9 12-bit core, but has a higher performance and more features than comparable products in its class. Its 128kB of on-chip flash memory provides plenty of storage for developing complex applications. The MCU also offers up to 24 channels of 12-bit analog-to-digital (A/D) conversion, making it suitable for a variety of signal-processing functions. In addition, the device has several communication peripherals, including CAN, SCI, SPI, and I2C, which make it ideal for applications with multiple communication nodes. The S9S12G128AMLF is available in a 64-pin quad flat package (QFP), making it well-suited for embedded applications where board space is at a premium.
