The CYPS2701-1(L-TP2) is an optocoupler manufactured by OCIC, which is designed to provide electrical isolation and signal transmission between two isolated circuits. It features a high-performance Schottky diode with an open-collector transistor output in a standard SOP-4 RoHS package. Its high forward-current transfer ratio of up to 1000% can be used for AC and DC applications. It also has an insulation resistance of at least 1000 MO between input and output. This part is approved by UL, cUL, and TUV, and is ROHS compliant.
