Double working voltage 480V RMS A separate connection for the bias of the photodiode CTR guaranteed 070C improves the speed by several orders of magnitude over U.L. recognized (File E90700) conventional phototransistor optocouplers by reducing the base-collector capacitance of the input transistor.
